CAMECA Atom Probe Technology Center

The CAMECA Atom Probe Technology Center is located 5470 Nobel Drive in Madison, WI 53711 USA at our US subsidiary CAMECA Instruments, Inc. Development and manufacturing of the LEAP 3D Atom Probe product line takes place in Madison and our plant also hosts a world-class APT applications lab equipped with two dual beam focused ion beams, two scanning electron microscopes, electro polishing equipment, a clean room area for specimen preparation, and a suite of LEAP 3D Atom Probes.

From Chicago
  • Take I-90 northwest to Madison
  • Exit 142A west onto Hwys 12/18 (Beltline Highway)
  • Travel about 3.5 miles to Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D)
  • Exit 260A-B onto Fish Hatchery.
  • Turn left after the exit and travel south over the overpass.
  • Travel south on Fish Hatchery for about 3 miles.
  • Turn left onto Nobel Drive

From Milwaukee
  • Take I-94 West to Madison
  • Exit I-90/39 south towards Janesville. Follow I-90/39 for about 2 miles.
  • Exit 142A west onto Hwys 12/18 (Beltline Highway)
  • Travel about 3.5 miles to Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D).
  • Exit 260A-B onto Fish Hatchery.
  • Turn left after the exit and travel south over the overpass.
  • Travel south on Fish Hatchery for about 3 miles.
  • Turn left onto Nobel Drive

From Minneapolis
  • Take I-94 to I90/94 southeast to Madison
  • Exit 142A west onto Hwys 12/18 (Beltline Highway)
  • Travel about 3.5 miles to Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D).
  • Exit 260A-B onto Fish Hatchery.
  • Turn left after the exit and travel South over the overpass.
  • Travel South on Fish Hatchery for about 3 miles.
  • Turn left onto Nobel Drive

From Dane County Regional Airport
  • Exit airport onto International Drive
  • Turn left onto Packer's Avenue (Hwy 113).
  • Exit at Aberg Avenue. Turn left under the overpass at the end of the off-ramp.
  • Travel east about 1 mile onto Highway 30.
  • Travel East about 1 mile to the Stoughton Road (Hwy 51) exit.
  • Turn right onto Stoughton Road from the off-ramp.
  • Travel south on Stoughton Road about 3 miles.
  • Exit right onto Hwys 12/18 (Beltline Highway)
  • Travel about 3 miles to Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D).
  • Exit 260A-B onto Fish Hatchery.
  • Turn left after the exit and travel South over the overpass.
  • Travel South on Fish Hatchery for about 3 miles.
  • Turn left onto Nobel Drive
